How do I know what size I am?

We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page which is accessible by clicking the link "details". The height and item size of our models is also available there. We advise that you to always check the measurements to insure a perfect fit.

Where can I find care instructions?

Care instructions and details are printed on the product or attached to a label that comes with the purchased product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure, just send us an email at hello@definedbythree.com within 24 hours upon your purchase with the stated issue and the order number, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. The order cannot be changed or canceled once the product has been sold out or departs our warehouse.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact us at hello@definedbythree.com with the stated issue and your order number. We will only accept returns that are made within 2 weeks since the order was shipped out. The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition along with the package. Be sure to always obtain the postage receipt before you send us the return, in case of damage or loss. Prior to sending please check if the package is damaged, if it is we require that you provide suitable packing before sending it back to us. Any goods damaged during transport on their way back will be considered your responsibility and will be sent back without a refund.

In a case of faulty goods, wrong items or sizing we will issue a full refund or exchange of the item(s). In efforts to keep our integrity of providing a certain number of products to the public, if your faulty good is sold out, a store credit in the amount that you were charged.
